Wellesley Friendly Aid: Neighbors Helping Neighbors

At Wellesley Friendly Aid (WFA), we believe in the power of community—where neighbors come together to support one another in times of need. Thanks to generous donations from residents, community organizations, and local businesses, we provide direct assistance to members of the Wellesley community—of all ages and income levels —when they need it most.

Social workers and community members turn to us when urgent needs arise and no other resources are available—whether it’s helping a family facing an unexpected crisis or supporting an individual who has nowhere else to turn.

At WFA, we don’t just provide aid—we strengthen the bonds of our community. Join us in making a difference.

Friendly Aid can be counted on to be a consistent support in Wellesley, from providing a much-needed laptop to a first-generation college student to warming the hearts of senior residents living in Wellesley public housing. When I'm looking for assistance with a resident in need, I contact WFA.
